"Had a very nice breakfast"

"The fire alarm went off at 11;45 (no problem) but then there was zero communication about it. The worker never spoke to any of the guest nor was there an update. In the morning I went to take a shower and there was a zero hot water. When I went up to the front desk the worker told me that when the maintaince guy came in she would send him to our room. I asked what time she was unable to give me a time. I asked for another to shower in she refused me another room. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable. I asked for a number she ran out of business cards. I left my number for the manager and I am still waiting. Side note: my daughter found a spider in the bathroom. The free breakfast was a dirty and messy, no one was restocking or cleaning. Obviously I will not be staying there again and will be contacting cooperate ."

"The only thing Iiked about this hotel is that the guy that fixed the morning breakfast were so helpful and kind. I didn't like the fact that as soon as we got in our room; we noticed that the bathroom stunk. The smell to me was of a room that was cleaned with dirty water. My daughter said it smelled like urine. We reported it that night but didn't get anything done about it until the times of usual cleaning. Next, we asked for towels for 4 people but only got towels for 2 so we had to ask again. We still didn't get enough face towels for 4 people. I will not go back there."
