"Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience "

"The hotel was clean and hygienic but the best part was the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful. The hotel had all basic amenities including a kitchen area for tea and coffee. overall, a warm stay.."

"The room was nice, but we had no hot water despite asking at reception, and the toilet leaked over the bathroom floor. The bed linen was dirty and although we asked for it to be changed they only gave us a clean sheet the evening we arrived and then didn’t bother to change to duvet cover the next day. Disappointing given how much we had paid for the room."
