"There were a couple of problems the first day (arrival), but they were sorted out by the time I came back on the second day. The staff were very helpful, the room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was extensive and high quality."

"Very nice breakfast and for sure a place I would rebook next time I am in that area. "

"Well-maintained hotel with ample parking. Very attractive, modernly furnished, and well-kept contemporary room with en-suite bathroom facilities."

"Very well situated in the old town, nice balcony looking over a small park, very friendly staff and tasty breakfast :)"

"The property is set up for sporting events and has lots of activities. As well as a number of sports venues attached to or nearby the hotel. "

"Das Frühstück war super für den Preis. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich."

"We stayed here overnight on our way to another city. The place was basic but very clean, the staff working the reception was exceptionally helpful. We loved the hospitality."

"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel"

"Very friendly staff, clean room, good instruction, beautiful location."

"Very nice hotel, best price we could find and even breakfast is included. Recommended!"

"Very nice hotel with great restaurants."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, offering me a sandwich as i arrived very late when the town was pretty much shut up for the night."

"Nice place to stay in Biel/Bienne. Clean facility, nice personal, and nice rooms."

"The staff was very helpful, the beds are comfyand there is a wonderful view of the Aare River. Note that there is no AC and because we arrived during a heatwave, the staff provided us with fans. There are green spaces and a water park near by. The historic district of Solothurn is just across the river. I would stay here again."

"Clean and excellent service! Good breakfast!"

"It was the hottest week in years; no air conditioning and no fans. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since you have to go through the Mexican restaurant to get to the hotel rooms, we had a difficult time leaving early on the day of checkout."

"Great location; Enjoyed a delicious dinner with 4 Swiss friends in their restaurant. I suggest if this hot spell continues, they offer just a plain sheet on the bed, besides the quilts."

"Rooms were much more basic than advertised and breakfast was stale food"

"Mir gefällt das Sb Frühstück nicht. Es ist sonst alles sehr gut aber das sollte geändert werden."
