"The house and grounds are beautiful. They reminded us of a fine English country house. Sarah and Ryan are ideal B&B hosts; friendly but not intrusive. Cold wine, beer and soft drinks were available in for guests to help themselves, as well as tea and coffee. We were attracted to the Howarth Suite with its whirlpool tub, and were not disappointed. It was large, full of beautiful and interesting things (as was the rest of the house), and the tub was easily big enough for two and worked very well....

"Lovely, very clean, and well appointed. Host was amazing, 2 rocking chairs on front stoop overlooking the water was beautiful, peaceful.The interiorand decor was beautiful and very comfortable. We used our kayaks, which was great. It is an in̈cline downhill to carry your kayak. "

"Terry is a wonderful host and she prepares delicious breakfasts. The home is charming and it sits on a lake with a view of Mount Monadanock. There is a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer (complimentary). There is a TV room. Terry prepares a nice mid-afternoon snack. We think it is the best B & B."
