"Didn't have breakfast"

"The breakfast from the menu was great. Plenty of free parking and friendly staff."

"The hotel was over sold! I completed the online check-in stating what time I would be checking in. I got to check-in and I overhear that there was an issue checking in the guest that is standing in front of me. The hotel had overbooked and because of this, they were giving keys to rooms that already had guest in them. The guest in front of me was given keys to two different rooms that had people already checked in and staying in that room. This was all happening around 11 PM at night so I am sure you could understand how surprised guess were that we’re sleeping having other people just walked in their room. Now it is my turn to check in and he gives me a room with one bed. My reservation is for two queen beds. He stated to me there was nothing he could do because that’s all he had. I stated well I have four people. This is not going to work. He told me they were overbooked and that he would just give me my money back. I have two kids and it is 11 PM at night and now we have nowhere to stay because with multiple sporting events going on in the area this weekend, everything was sold out in the area. I will absolutely never book this hotel. We go to this area three times a year for the sporting events that we are involved in and I will absolutely will never book at this hotel or ever recommend."

"Little get away with the kids. With complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool. Definitely a MUST when traveling with kids. We got the 2 queen beds and sofa bed. "

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Great location right off the freeway and close to food and shopping."

"Old property, changed rooms because of noise. then next one had the tub drain cloged. Not impressed, but if you're not picky"

"Ground floor room smelled horrible. Wanted to create a draft to air out the room and it turns out the nail in the window was removed—the nail that would have only allowed the window to be opened part way. Would not have mattered as the frame of the screen in the window was damaged (as if someone had tried to remove the screen from the outside) and would have allowed bugs into the room if the window was open. So, either way, I wasn’t going to get a draft going. Management sent someone to come look at missing nail and broken screen. No one addressed either issue. I then asked for fan. No fans available. I then asked for another room. No other rooms available. "
