"We were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. When we tried to pay during the day, no staff were present at reception. We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment. "Wirklich schöne Anlage, jedoch rein auf Ayurvedische Anwendungen ausgelegt. Wir hatten kein "Paket" gebucht, wollten vor Ort nur Massagen. Das stellte sich als sehr problematisch dar. Es gibt ausschließlich Tee und Wasser zum trinken, kein Glas Wein zum Abendessen. Diese Anlage könnte genau so in einem beliebigen anderen Land sein, von Indien bekommt man nicht viel mit. Wer keinen medizinischen Aufenthalt mit (Sicherheit) sehr guten ayurvedischen Anwendungen, möchte, sollte etwas anderes...

"Excellent hotel and supportive staff "

"It is a place full of character. Delightful staff (limited English with some did not take away from their kindness and personal care). The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music. My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane. "This property sits back from the beach about 100m, making it quiet and peaceful, with many birds singing in the morning. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. This is a great stay for a budget hotel. Kovalum Beach is really scenic as well."

"The hotel has a perfect view it’s so beautiful. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was amazing the staff were so welcoming and kind. They will do anything to help you. The only weird thing was when my friend came I had to pay additional for him(maybe this is common in India) but other than that this place is perfect accomodation perfect staff and perfect location"
