"Bon accueil du personnel à la réception. Chambre propre."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Quebec City! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and service were both fantastic as was the location. Would highly recommend."

"Great staff! However, the rooms were not very comfortable. There was an extremely noisy heater that went on and off throughout the night, the bathroom only had a sliding door and it left a gap when closed because it doesn't latch. There was also an exterior door need the hallway to our rooms that was still unlocked at 9:30 at night, despite being far from anywhere a staff could monitor, which made me feel unsafe."
