"We tremendously enjoyed staying at the hotel Martelli for three nights. Our room was clean and well laid out for 2 people. The beds and pillows were comfortable (after we added the 2nd pillow). The bathroom was spacious and accommodating. The staff was exceptionally attentive and responded to all of our needs. The front desk staff gave great tips on making use of our very short time, arranged taxis quickly for tourism, and, to the airport. In addition, they were kind and humorous. I highly...

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is very near the train station. The street also has grocery store, laundry shop and a lot of dining options! Plus very near the duomo. Room is very clean. Our room was on the street side and I could hear the people having drinks at the nearby restaurant but nothing that could not be fixed by closing the window. As we leave very early, the staff graciously packed our breakfast the night before (juice, water, fruits and biscuits). "
