"The room is small but clean with a nice view from balcony. Good location. Somehow the electricity went off when we were charging phones and boiling water using the kettle provided. The staff reset the circuit for us right away. However it is so inconvenient for us not to charge our phones and boil water and the same time."
Zimmer sauber."
"We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The food during our stay was delicious and the staff was warm, and friendly. Would recommend 100%."
"Ok. I stayed here around the 2nd week of September 2026 for 5 days. Everything about this place is wonderful. It has a nice view, the staff are wonderful and will check up on you and your needs, they have plenty of amenities and great location. Always had room service and they will clean up pretty well. "Super nice place run by a really friendly father and son. Breakfast was awesome and the views from the dining room are amazing. Great location too
10/10 recommend"
"This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!"
