"Sehr gute Nähe zum Flughafen.."

"The room was perfectly serviceable for my one-night stay in Frankfurt, between train and airport travel. I appreciated the location so near the north ('nord') exit of the train station but avoiding the seedy streets in that area. I did not get to take advantage of the breakfast due to my early check-out time, but it may be helpful for others to know that there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. I do not believe I have ever stayed in a hotel room in Europe that did not have at least a...

"great room great food lots to do closeby"

"The staff, location, and amenities that we expected were all good. The food was just okay. Besides that, the quality of the room was very bad. Not enough hangers for two people on a four day work trip, no air conditioning, a fan to cool down that was incredibly noisy, and a shower where there was no proper place to hang the shower head. We had to keep the window open all night. The room rate we paid was not at all worth the quality of the room. I am sure the hotel raised their standard rates...

"Very basic accommodation. Proximity to the airport re: shuttle. Staff reasonably friendly. Would probably stay there again. Food from restaurant was good."

"The housekeepers were really nice, the restaurant servers and food were great. However, we were put in a much smaller room with queen bed on the 1st night even though I booked a room with twin beds. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel, but when I raised my concern to their staff, they were insistent that I booked the smaller hotel room and didn’t want to move us, even though I showed them what I booked. So I called Expedia to help us out and they talked to the...

"The hotel is located right next to the main train station. The rooms and hotel are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is multi lingual. The rooms are almost completely soundproof. The breakfast is meats, cheese, cereal, tea, coffee, yogurt. I would like to have had fruit. There are STEPS. STEPS IN, UP, DOWN. the lift stops in between floors so its steps all over. Perfect location for overnight stays. There is also NO PARKING! The parking garage to use is on the other side of the...

"Alles okay! Sauber und großzügige Räumlichkeiten"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang an Rezeption. Guter Parkplatz. Betten sehr hart!!!! ;)"

"Simple room layout but very clean. Excellent traditional German breakfast every day. Friendly and helpful staff."
