"The room itself was good and Location was good as well but the check in is an issue for anyone with luggage or travellers who may need assistance like families, elderly. There isn’t a check in desk at the property so you have to go to a sister hotel to check-in first then go to these apartments. As the streets are narrow and cobbled taking luggage isn’t ideal so I would think twice if booking for those who may struggle. "Room was clean. Nicely appointed with what we needed for our stay. We all loved the historic building that had its own outdoor rooftop area with a perfect view of the Giralda. Just steps from many shops and restaurants and very close to the cathedral and other points of interest. The staff was very helpful "
