"We visited from Canada and the staff indicated that it is unusual to have Canadian visitors at the resort. We felt a little like celebrities! We had a wonderful stay! The waterslides were SO MUCH FUN and our hotel room was great… It even had a mini fridge and a balcony! The supper buffet is worth the price (steak! Chocolate mousse!) and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Pro tip: try a little Brie on a slice of the thick cut bacon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We will be back again for sure!"

"Check in autonome défectueux- les cartes magnétiques ne fonctionnaient pas. Idem pour mes collègues et on a du appeler quelqu'un pour nous assister. On a perdu 40 minutes au total avant de pouvoir accéder à nos chambres. Les couloirs sur le palier de la chambre etaient délabrés et la peinture abîmée. Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de chauffage du tout et il faisait très froid dans la nuit, ce qui m'a empêcher de dormir. Dans les couloirs et dans l'ascenseur il y avait une mauvaise odeur...

"The location is very convenient close to the motorway and nothing to fault at the hotel and the rooms. That said, I found it rather disappointing that a hotel/monastery carrying the name of a quite known beer doesn't even have a bar."
