"Check in was difficult with staffโs limited English. We booked a suite but were given a standard room. The hotel was barely occupied and we showed our booking, but the staff was not helpful and rude. The breakfast was eggs only due to the low occupancy. The hotel itself is new, clean, conveniently located. "
