"The hotel was wonderful except for the fact that on the second day of our stay the cleaners found that the table glass under the electric tea kettle stand was broken. Immediately we were blamed and charged close to 200 USD. I tried to explain that its not possible that we broke the glass as we did not use the kettle and did not use that corner of the table at all. We were met with a lot of rudeness and the staff did not listen to us at all. Most likely they don't clean under the stand every day...

"The Lou Lou room was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub, the large, comfortable bed, and the complimentary wine, nuts and crisps, which were a thoughtful touch. The location was also excellent, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The breakfast was a standard basic European selection but above average."

"Our stay was amazing! Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful- always so kinda and made an effort to know us. Loved the pool side music. Clean rooms, safe area and pizza night was so fun! They even had gluten free for me which was so nice and it tasted great! I would definitely go back. I would just get a bigger room for our family- it was a bit tight for us 3"

"Great hotel option in Sorrento - very helpful staff, loved the pool with a view, and wonderful breakfast included for guests. The only thing to beware of, depending how you arrive in Sorrento, is that it’s a pretty long, sweaty walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage. And a taxi is surprisingly expensive for the short ride."
