"Staff were great. I had two rooms. Parking options are horrible. There is a garage you can park at with a short walk but you can’t just come and go. Valet you can which is $62/night. Overpriced if you ask me. The driveway to check in is super congested and sometimes they barely have any valet staff. Ben was day 3 of this new job and he did very well with how chaotic it was. Very clean room and the beds were okay. "

"This hotel was so over rated. The ratings let me to believe that this would be a luxury and top of the line hotel. It was average at best but priced for high level. Far too expensive for what you get or actually don’t get. No pool, no daily room service, breakfast only until 9am, views of Boston - the view out my suite window was an alley and parking garage. Water and snacks cost more than the airport. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the hotel - they make it impossible to call the front desk and just route you to reservations or help center overseas. The suite was not sweet; average with a sofa bed that sleeps zero as it was more comfortable on the floor. TV signal was bad and it was opening day of MLB and I just wanted to relax and watch the games. "

"We were really disappointed from the first moment of our stay. The front desk agent spoke in one word, clearly annoyed sentences. Told us our room would be ready in 10 minutes—it took an hour and 3 trips to the front desk with my autistic 7-year-old. Our room was a “water view” which was actually mostly industrial eyesores. It was next to the laundry and ice machines—super noisy. Breakfast was too crowded to enjoy. The facility had random signs of failure to maintain, like duct tape holding the light posts together at the valet pickup. We expected much more and won’t be staying again. Watch out for the extra valet fee if you need parking, too. "

"THE PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN.. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL.. I DIDNT LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION.. THEY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO PARK ON THE STREET, IF YOU DO SO YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER EVERY 2 HOURS TO AVOID GETTING A PARKING TICKET. THEY FAILED TO TELL US PARKING WAS FREE FROM 8PM TO 8AM.. ALSO DIDNT TELL US PARKING WAS FREE ALL DAY SUNDAY. THE OTHER 2 OPTIONS WERE PARK IT WITH THERE VALLET FOR $54 A NIGHT AND YOU CAN COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. OTHER OPTION WAS YOU CAN PARK IT YOURSELF IN A LOT NEAR BY BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE LOT.. DEFINITELY A MONEY SCHEME .. "
