"Location is in the middle of the old town right next to one of the plazas where markets and festivals can be held. Only 10-15 min walk from Bern train station. Across from Starbucks if you care for it. And no worries, no all-night loud music like some cities in Europe. Everything is packed up by 6-7pm. My room was small but comfy and enough for my needs. "This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable."

"Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. "Staff were quite good and helpful . Rooms were a good size . Tv was up to date .convenient to have to free access to city travel by trains and bus that the hotel offers and station adjacent to the hotel . A couple things I would like to have had would be a Safe in the room for our valuables another would be a coffee machine rather than buying one from lobby or adjacent property. If your like me I have my coffee before I go anywhere in the morning . Overall all it was a nice stay ."

"The staff were excellent, both helpful and efficient. Unfortunately we arrived during a heatwave and the hotel clearly isn’t geared for hot weather. To be fair, they had put a fan in the room, but it was of little use. The worst thing was the mattress toppers on the bed. I think they are made of sponge and absorb body heat, therefore you get hotter the longer you lie on them."
