"This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows."

"A road to hotel is off-road. It's very bad. And there were many insect carcasses in a room. Shower room and toilet are in out door. The hair drier was broken."

"This was our second time staying in Batu Ampar Resort. The property is a 10-15 minutes walk from Pasir Putih Beach. The rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, and the outdoor bathroom is a nice addition. The room was cleaned daily. The food is delicious, and the staff is absolutely lovely! "Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. "

"Our family villa was far from clean, it rather looked like it was left for deconstruction. Bathrooms had a really bad smell like they had not been cleaned. Also many spots on the wall and places in the house where you thought that no real had happened. Although hotel staff and the hotel restaurant were nice, the stay was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness."
