"Nice, clean, new hotel. However, there was a party in the restaurant on the ground floor and we could hear the thumping of the music all the way to the 5th floor till 2am. Also, apparently, in late May, it is not hot enough to have the AC running so we had to open the balcony door to let cool air in during the night. This made the music even more audible."

"This was our first time in Sofia - the Best Western Plus was in a perfect location for the metro station (European Union Metro) which is two stops from the city centre.
