"Lovely modern room, good quality Dove toiliteries. TV very modern. Fantastic breakfast"

"Excellent hotel, 10-15 walk to airport and NEC. Excellent breakfast great choices friendly staff"

"Great one night stay for a concert. Near the shops and plenty of places to eat. Staff friendly. Nice bar for a drink after travelling and easy for the train station. Would book again."

"Clean room good price excellent customer service from Stacie the night staff very professional and friendly"

"Hotel was very reasonable priced. Some noise from the corridors. Room basic but clean. Breakfast was busy but plenty of hot food. Choice limited but not bad considering it is free. Downside was the coffee was completely undrinkable. Good location for the city centre and the Utilita Arena. Parking at the property is great too for a centrally located hotel."

"Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby."
