"子供連れで夏休み最初の木金宿泊の為、子供が好きなイベントに残念ながら参加出来ず、退屈してました（ガッカリしてた）。ボーリングするのを楽しみにしていたようです。しかし、プールはとても楽しめたようです。売店でお土産を買いたかったのですが、午前は１１時までだと知ってこれもガックリしました。インフォメーションを各部屋にファイリング設置していただくとありがたいです。家族とゆっくりするには最高の場所でした。有難うございました。"

"Breakfast was limited to 1 main choice and allowed one piece of meat, either mackerel , chicken or sausage. The bread was big so we should be allowed to take more proteins. It should not restricted to 1 piece. Other than that, hotel was in a good location nearby to Huis Ten Bosch."

"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、 排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。 ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。 フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。 また、チェックインの際の情報として、 Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"
