"Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about)."

"No problems with stay. Room was clean and well equpped with tea/ coffee etc. No toiletries provided but did not expect them as price of room was very reasonable. "

Great location for anyone wishing to escape to a quiet fishing village and/or the local hills, whether for the views or watch the military jets flying low overhead (or below them!) Would very happily return and recommend! Highly recommend visitors also visit the birthplace inspiration behind Thomas The Tank Engine at nearby Tywyn Wharf Railway Station. "

"It’s a lovely place to stay and the room was very clean and comfy. We didn’t have a great sleep as their are only blinds on the windows so it was like daylight from 5.30AM and their was painting being done outside our room and could smell it early on which was a shame. Overall I’d recommend the b and b and explore the area. "

"Great welcome and easy check-in. Lovely room with a great view. Dinner in the Conservatory was excellent, as was breakfast. The only disappointment was the lack of water pressure in the shower, meant it took an age to use!"

"Lovely cosy two room b&b with very welcoming and friendly hosts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need for your stay whether it be short or long. The breakfasts are exceptional, a full English or amazing home made fluffy pancakes just two of the choices. If we go to any of the surrounding areas in the future, Toms of Tregaron will be the first place we contact in the hope of securing a room."
