I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room. 3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled) 4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw...

"The stay was splendid! The staff of the Pension Padre was very much helpful even with problems that came along my work activities at the university. Very helpful and very empathic. Andrea was a great support when sorting stuff during the day, Denisa during breakfast and the whole stay. Room was clean, comfortable and quite. There is really nothing to tell against the stay.
