"Checkin process was pathetic. The person at reception said that it’s cancelled. Upon insisting he checked and found our reservation and this process took some time and could have been smooth. The taps doesn’t have hot and cold water indicator and whichever way you turn the tap it gives hot water. No room service. There is a Arya bhawan restaurant nearby which is awesome. Virudhnagar paratha is a must try."

"the hotel rooms are good but the lighting especially in the bathrooms are awful. Breakfast was good and I wish folks stop using their phones when they are in the service industry. It just makes it so challenging to get their attention. "
