"Everything was new or recently renovated. For me it had excellent room furniture display to make the space quite confortable and with a lot of space to have everything organized and tidy. The only things I think they can improve are that they didn't have bathroom mat, the tea pot was not previously cleaned and the heat in the room was TOO high and there was no way to cool it even with the heater turn off."

"What a nice hotel! Staff were welcoming, efficient, professional and very nice. The room was great - very comfortable bed, modern. The nicely finished bathroom doesn't have a 'separate' shower so when you shower, the floor gets wet. Great location and the free parking was much appreciated. Thanks!"

"Excelente opción en Veliko Tarnovo. Habitación preciosa, de buen tamaño y ubicación cerca del centro. La única es que el desayuno es en una cafetería cerca y no es bufé libre. Todo lo demás fenomenal."
