"Excellent location!"

"i liked that it has parking (for a fee)"

"First time in Chicago and we loved this little spot! Breakfast included was excellent, the dining space was great. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel and was so close to local transit and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing features. We would stay here again should we ever visit!"

"I had reserved a handicap accesible room, but did not get one, leaving me with no way to bathe. Additionally the sofa in the room had a tear in the arm exposing the wood and foam padding. I sat down on the sofa and sank down below the actual frame resulting in me being unable to get up to answer the door and requiring physical assistance to return to a standing position."
