Had a really wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and even suggested stuff to do for first timers in Chicago. Room was nice, housekeeping gave me extra towels and cleaned my room while I wasn’t there. Would stay again.

No breakfast was included. Parking was $38 just to be in a parking lot. With what the cost of the room being $209 a night breakfast should have been included and no cost for parking. I know I will never stay at this hotel ever again and would inform anyone I know not to stay there either. Also the interior of the elevator had old floors that were breaking.
