"Staff was good parking was easy"

"Very disappointed…no free bottles of water in room; had to pay $5.00 per small bottle of water. No room service was very inconvenient. Night staff desk lady was very rude with poor attitude. Upon arrival at 2:30 A.M., the elevator had strong odor of pot smoke. When this was reported to the desk clerk, she gave the impression of not caring and had no intention of reporting this problem to her superiors…dismissed our concern. Next day, the whole 2nd floor had strong pot smoke odor. Carpet in our room and toilet were dirty."

"Parking a little cramped, understand it was downtown but had some of the spots blocked off seemingly no reason, was a weekend with no festival/construction/obvious hinder. Wasn't really in the room long, in and outbut served its purpose. Didn't get a good look at the breakfast, coffee was good and hot."

It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one."
