"The service was very good. Folks were helpful. Though sometimes my requests weren't well understood. The facilities weren't great. I had to change my room because the toilet seat wouldnt shut properly and the shower wouldnt turn on properly. "Nice ambience and pool, but for the pool view rooms-it is not exactly a pool view- one cant see the pool at all. the bed was clean however can do better in terms of the duvets as they looked old. the breakfast - overall options were good and value for money , however it was repetitive on all days.
