"Room was decent but sheets were stained Remote for tv missing a bavking so batteries popped in and out. Other than thst room was good . We only stayed one night . Front desk staff wasnt attentive in these matters I mentioned again when chevking out and returning keys to desk. "

"Mary one of the owners was very gracious and friendly. By the time we left she felt like family. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We loved our room and the ambience of the surrounding property. We will be back soon! "

"There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

"This was a good value, but a few drawbacks. It is not well insulated so you can hear people in other rooms easily. The included free breakfast was pathetic: coffee, water, apples, cold, stale pastries. However, having a dining room at night was a convo. The food was good and the restaurant pleasant. "Beautiful and unique, very clean and so cozy"

"It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
