"Staffing was poor"

"When we first arrived to the property it was aestically pleasing. We checked in at the welcome center and the staff were super inviiting and friendly. There was a coffee station by the lobby which was a nice touch. We then left the welcome center to go to our unit. We passed the pool area which was very nice for adults and kids. The unit was nestled in the woods. It did not look appealing from the outside. The wood looked run down. There were spiders and bugs every where. Downside: every time...

"Dan and Tonianare fantasticnhosts, they talkedbtonyou and were easily accessible for questions. The meals were 5 star and Tonia makes them from scratch! The daily cookies were fantastic treats to grab as you went out the door for the day."

"Loved this property in the heart of Manteo!! We spent a lot of time walking which is exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Very charming and when it rained the breezeway was a cozy alternative to umbrellas! We enjoyed this place very much, highly recommend!!"

"Condo was the perfect size for a family of 4 with two small children. Enjoyed 2 bathrooms. Liked how the towels were wrapped. Property was confusing to find our condo number at first. AC was broken but 2 air units were put in for us which helped. The bunk beds were more comfy than the bed in the other bedroom. Overall, we would stay there again. "

"Everything was good. Stairs are pretty but too much to climb with bad back n knees problems. Would like the first floor to be like the second floor. Kitchen n king size bed instead the bunk bed. It would been good for me n my wife. Enjoyed the stay. "
