"We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. The interior was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils and dinner ware to cook with plus a whole bunch of extras. Basically everything you would have in your own home they had it there for you to use. I recommend renting bikes, it’s a nice way to get around being the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating, the whole process was very smooth. Would def use them again."

"One of the advantages of staying at this Bungalow in this RV Resort is that its right across the street from a children's play lot. There's also a Laundry room with extra Restrooms with showers at the same site as the playground. Those restrooms with showers come in real handy after returning from the Beach."

"Greg was a great host! He gave detailed instructions on codes. Also lots of restaurant suggestions!-He was quick to respond with any questions. The decorations were each better than the next! So close to beach access! The pool and beach access were great! The parking space, utility shed and elevator were so close to each other. Having a stocked kitchen was great! Washer and dryer worker well! One helpful idea, put the WI-FI ID & password on refrigerator or counter."

"We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean. Appliances all worked properly. I loved that the kitchen was on the second of three floors. It's a short walk to the beach, which was clean and beautiful as well. The pool was great and we used it alot after coming back from the beach. Each room has its own tv and all the remotes work. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, the deck/porch that goes all the way around the house was really nice!There is a lot to do in the area within 30 minutes. The little store in Sandbridge Bridge is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bar/restaurant next door has good food and had activites 3 nights of our week. Zeros sub were delicious as well!"

"We were supposed to go to OBX but had a lil hiccup and had to impromptu book through VRBO and found the Sanctuary at False Beach and booked the Sunset at Sanctuary Condo. Our room & accommodations were clean & had everything we need. Did have a situation with ants so would advise guests to close up all food tight and take garbage out routinely. Hopefully the swim up bar in the front pool will be redone & open for our next stay. 2 adults with 2 teen kids all enjoyed our week stay and will definitely return."
