Hyatt Place Virginia Beach / Oceanfront

10/10 Excellent

"Great property! Clean, convenient, comfortable. Super helpful staff. We’ll be back!"

Hilton Vacation Club Ocean Beach Club Virginia Beach

8/10 Good

"I took a spontaneous solo travel trip this past weekend and wanted a beachfront room, with access to a heated swimming pool as it was the first cold weekend of the fall season. I chose the Hilton Ocean Beach Vacation Club because it offered me those, plus a bar at the pool, walk to decent restaurants, and good location. I got a SUITE which was GREAT! I loved the heated indoor adult pool, which had a huge hot tub (a great place to meet people in the busy evenings), and the firepit just outside was my favorite place to eat breakfast. I spent the vast majority of my time in bed, on my balcony watching the jeep parades, in my living room, in the pool, and on the beach. It was a great, super chill weekend! Tortugas, the downstairs eatery/bar was not great, but if you just don't feel like leaving, or putting clothes back on, its an okay choice. Their staff is solid and drinks are fun! Staff at the resort were great too. My only regret was stopping by the left side desk on the left side check in, instead of going to the right side desk. The left side is a sales desk and they won't leave you alone ALL WEEKEND if you talk to them at all. Skip that and it'll be a better time. Also, I checked out my chatty neighbor's studio and was like Oh nooooo I am so glad I didn't get that. It's just small. There's no way around that. Avoid that if you can afford to!"

Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"It was a really beautiful stay! staff were amazing and helpful, room was clean. however I did think the breakfast was included, it is not. it is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch if you pay either in the restaurant or mobile though. Really enjoyed my stay!"
