"My go to stay when wanting comfortable space on the beach."

"The location is awesome. Hotel needs updated. Website said breakfast was available. After I paid, got an email saying they no longer have breakfast. Parking is horrible. Even if you park perfect, you can’t open your doors. Had to pull out of space to unload luggage. Water in shower only got to room temperature. Overall was ok. With some improvements this could be an awesome location."

"Lady named Nyla at the front desk has a bad attitude. Can’t have an adult conversation without giving smart/slick replies. Bad customer service"

"My stay was not bad. But to be a new hotel and just opened a few days prior to my stay, I believe service could have been better. The service by 2 staff was great and above and beyond. While the Manager and her staff as we walked in was very dry no greeting whatsoever just dry and did not even look up at you as a customer. I understand management have a lot to do and make sure things flow smoothly. However I would never higher someone like her. If I was a secret shopper I would have had her job....

"The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. Every day the entire hotel was cleaned and mopped. The staff was very nice and super helpful with their recommendations. Will definitely stay there again."

"We stayed 4 days Tuesday to Saturday Lena was very nice front desk! However my room for 4 adults had one wash rag next day I ask a random housekeeper for more things I guess they don't clean your room or trash until you leave never did we get serviced most of all ONE ELEVATOR is an issue for I think it was 6 to 8 floors used stairs most of vacation by the time Elevator arrived it was full and still have to wait housekeeping holding up with 2carts however it was pretty close to beach !! Some pros...

"1 chair in the room with a roll desk to eat on, small night desk tables by the bed, no dressers to put clothes. Overall the room space was large but lots of wasted space. I love minimalistic but needs to be efficient at least"

"This was a lovely property right on the ocean. Our room was clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed an economical stay with a gorgeous view right in the midst of Virginia Beach activity and shopping. For anyone with pets, this hotel can accommodate furry visitors (we didn't have one, but like that that is an option for people traveling with their pets). The pool looked nice, I stuck my toes in, but was tired after swimming in the ocean. Thank you for a great stay!"
