"Pretty good overall for the price, not perfect. House was clean and in good shape. The garage and pool were a bit of a mess though. I ended up cleaning the pool myself so my kids could swim in it. The pool was large and had plenty of room to play, but the deeper part is very small if you like that. The walk to the beach is manageable if you are in decent shape and not carrying much. It’s tough if you have kids or elderly with you. One thing that did disappoint us: no smart TVs. I guess I assumed that was a given in 2026. Could use an upgrade there. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly option."

"This house was amazing!! So much room for our very large group. The kitchen was amazing - so well stocked! The pool and Cabana was a definate highlight with the refrigerator and place to prepare snacks and plenty of chairs. The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We are hoping to come back."

"Our condo and stay were great! The place was clean, organized, had many things that we needed for the week, had plenty of space, and was a quick walk to the beach. The host was nice very quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this as a place to stay and would definitely come back!"

"We enjoyed our multifamily stay, fur babies included. The oversized pool was wonderful, and the side yard was nicely kept. The outdoor kitchen/grill were not as photographed and we elected to forego use of this area. The pool house main room AC/temp control was a bit wonky but the individual bedrooms were cooled with solo AC units. The sauna was a nice addition. The main house worked well for our family needs. We wish there had been more access to cooking utensils/cookware, and a place for groceries to be stored. Overall, we had a great week and were happy to be able to find a place so accommodating for our large family and furry friends!"

"Very pleased with our entire experience. The house is older and located in a wooded area which makes it hard to keep immaculately clean, but it was still clean despite some small spiders who decided they wanted to build webs inside rather than outside. My husband longs for a relaxing fishing vacation, and I am a hustle and bustle of a beach vacation person, this was the best of both worlds for us both. We plan to return to this property hopefully next year."
