"Amazing smooth experience with checking in. The beat thing for our stay was the scrumptious breakfast provided. We've been to so many Holiday Inn around the UK but this particular one really stood out with their food and service. "

Also, there there was no visible recycling and the towels felt parched! It would be good if the hotel could make it easier to opt out of a daily clean as I did not realise how to do this and...
