"We had a very nice visit the 4 days we stayed. We booked 3 large rooms with Expedia with much better pricing than directly from hotel. The place is charming and peaceful. The cleaning is not consistent and they don’t have enough white towels as I was told to provide everyday. The front desk Diego and Francisco can improve customer service skills. Francisco specially was not very pleasant. I also tried to booked with him for August for an upcoming visit with family and parents but he told me he could not offer rooms or pricing because it was 2 months in advanced. I could easily book on Expedia. Francisco needs some customer service skills. "

"The food is very fresh and they take great pride in quality ingredients in their food and drinks. Each is a masterpiece both is taste and presentation! The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid. The tubing and zipline are a must try offered on the property and the guided walk and yoga beautiful experience. The thermal river is unbelievably beautiful and warm like a hot tub and clear to the bottom. You have to experience it to believe it. Lots of walking and steps but all worth it! Nothing but relaxation and beauty at this resort. The rooms are very functional and private and it was amazing seeing monkeys and birds everywhere. I would stay here again!"

"Clean, comfortable accommodation with helpful staff. Delicious, healthy, freshly prepared breakfast with friendly attendants. Well kept grounds boasting a stunning terraced culinary herb garden, including the most aromatic shrubs in a small space. A little bit of paradise nestled in the cool hills of Monteverde. I would definitely recommend the Poco a Poco Hotel and Spa, and I absolutely plan to go back. "
