"Room is clean and price is very affordable"

"Good location, about 7mins sub-ground level walk to Hanshin Department Store, which leads to Umeda and Osaka Stations as well as Haruka express to KIX airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the sub ground level. (The sub-ground level shopping street closes at 11:55pm and opens at 5am) 3 lifts only serving 17 floors so can take time. Triple room size a little small compared to with Hanshin hotel but adequate. There was a dedicated smoking room on each floor so helpful as the smoking ban in Osaka streets. The only downsides for us) were some ladies touting on the street nearby and some loud cars revving at night."

"This hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay for our family of four. It was great to have four beds so everyone could sleep comfortably. The storage space was a bit limited, though—there were some wall hangers, but it was a little tight for organizing four people's bags and clothes. Dotonbori is actually within walking distance for sightseeing, but due to the extreme heat, we opted for the subway instead. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to a station just one stop away, so getting around was still incredibly easy and comfortable. The neighborhood itself is much quieter and feels safer compared to the busy downtown streets. It was also very convenient having convenience stores and restaurants right nearby. Overall, a great stay!"
