"We had such a wonderful experience with this hotel. The room was clean, and we greatly enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and easy beach access. The staff truly made this experience a 10/10. The front desk was kind and knowledgeable, and housekeeping went above and beyond to keep our room clean and comfortable. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing. We will be back! "

"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. "This rental fell short in several key areas. The WiFi was painfully slow with unclear setup instructions. Bedrooms lacked blackout curtains, making restful sleep difficult. Check-out was inflexible and unreasonably early at 10 a.m. Basic supplies were lacking—insufficient towels, no hand soap in some bathrooms, and limited toilet paper. With better attention to guest comfort, this could be a much better stay."

"We arrived at the condo in the evening to find that it had not been cleaned. The rental company arranged to have it cleaned, but we were not able to get in until about 11:00 PM. We soon noticed that one of the sliding doors did not lock.
