"We spent 4th of July week here with family who were staying in another house down the street. Everyone loved the location, house, and amenities. This is a fabulous place for family get together. We are already talking about making this an annual event. I have a few recommendations to make the stay better. Parking is a problem if you have oversized vehicles. "We had an amazing time. Sea Colony is a lovely place for families. The rental was great. Lots of space and great views. We would stay there again. The ONLY thing I think that needs to be changed in the rental would be the bedroom carpets need to be ripped up. They were a bit dingy, but otherwise great place! Thank you!!!"
