"Cabins are getting as bit "tired" and could do with a refresh/upgrade. Plenty of space but only 2 small wardrobes, no bedside tables, tiny TV and overall quite "old". No access for EV charging although an external plug could easily be fitted. Good value for 5 people but overpriced for a couple given the quality."
"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min.
The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower.
Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing.

"My husband and I spent two nights, was comfortable peaceful and pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean the bathroom was clean also modern, mini fridge, small microwave was great to reheat food/ coffee. Rooms serviced daily which is fantastic. Check in took literally 2min and check out 1min. Balcony was great overlooking the ocean. I can’t fault anything. Definitely we will be back"
"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...
"We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable.
The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room. It would have been great to let our dogs roam around safely or spend some time relaxing in the garden with them.
