"On our arrival at the hotel Expedia hadn’t let the hotel know that we needed an accessible room. The front line staff were very apologetic so as an apology the hotel kindly upgraded our stay to an even better room. Such a beautiful hotel. As a wheelchair user accessibility is of course of the utmost importance. From checking in to the hotel and leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was easy for me, and I would definitely recommend a stay here at The Clayton, Cambridge. We loved it."

"The hotel was modern, clean and had a lovely feel about it, helped by a friendly, warm welcome from the staff. My standard queen room was a good size and well-equipped. I used the gym and pool and was happy with that too. My room overlooked the train station, but despite that it was really quiet, and I appreciated how easy it was to get the train into central Cambridge. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay again. "

Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day.
