"If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment was the welcome I received. While chatting with the receptionist, I casually mentioned that I hadn't been able to find an available room...

"Our favorite hotel during our 8 day stay in Italy ( and we stayed in 6!! ) It was so vibrant and authentic -a true Italian vibe hotel. Everything, from the floors, to the bedding, to the breakfast, to the courtyard and the VIEWS!!! My husband and I would stay here again and again, without searching for other hotels. Thank you so much for your warm welcome, kindness, and an absolute beautiful stay."

"We are so happy to have selected Hotel Regina Cristina for our 3 night stay. Everyone was especially kind, respectful and helpful. The hotel areas were clean and well organized. Our room was ample with a large balcony overlooking the town that we enjoyed on a daily baisis. The daily breakfast was plentiful, with excellent coffee and many options available. The breakfast area is bright and sunny, whether indoors or out. It was a pleasure meeting here every morning. We ate twice at Terrazza...

"It was fantastic I love it "

"Nice spot in Capri, very close to the city center. It's a small yet steep walk to get to the hotel, but for a two night stay it worked. The rooms were very decent and comfortable. It doesn't have a fancy restaurant, and the breakfast was just average. We tried to order fresh made eggs and they said it would be an extra charge, which sounded odd. Overall we would say it's a solid 3.5 star hotel in Capri"

"Todo me Encantó! La vista, la habitación y la atención excelente de todo el pesonal en especial Joana y Salvatore"

"Bra läge. Dålig standard på rummen."

"Amazing views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel would be much better with higher quality foods. Needs a little updating on room interiors."

"Great room and location. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good and rooftop bar was amazing. Loved the beautiful sunsets. We loved our stay!"

"The hotel is in need of refurbishment and doesn't warrant a 4 star rating as there is nothing special about it. The breakfast was ok, but again there was nothing special about it. There was one choice of cheese and it was the processed 'plastic' type which is not what we expected in Italy. The breads tasted of nothing and the toaster doesn't work unless you want melba toast after a 5 minute wait as the bread was so thin. Plenty of choice of croissants, cake and salad if that's what you like for...
