"Siamo stati solo una notte e abbiamo utilizzato poco i servizi. La camera però era piccola e il bagno molto molto stretto. Lo scarico della doccia era otturato.
Cosa peggiore: la colazione a buffet. E' tutto troppo esposto, ci sono quasi solo prodotti industriali e da bere c'è solo caffè con latte in polvere dalle macchinette oppure una specie di succo, sempre dalle macchinette. Belle e curate invece le aree verdi."
"Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!"
"È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo residence ed abbiamo trovato migliorie rispetto al parcheggio che è stato rifatto e il ristorante che ha cambiato gestione e una buona animazione. Struttura dotata di tutto quanto utile ad un soggiorno piacevole.

"Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...
"Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentilissimo ad accoglierci, il check-in è durato pochi minuti e siamo stati subito accompagnati in camera, pulita, spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata e con un bel terrazzino. Avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo la chiusura del ristorante e la cucina ha preparato per noi una cena fredda ottima e varia che ci aspettava in camera. Durante tutto il soggiorno tutto il personale è stato sempre cortese e sorridente, abbiamo conosciuto...
"Das Hotel ist offiziell als 4-Sterne-Hotel klassifiziert, allerdings habe ich mir insgesamt etwas mehr erwartet. Die Poolanlage ist schön und auch die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, jedoch ist das Badezimmer extrem klein – es bietet wirklich nur Platz für eine Person. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem überraschend klein für ein Haus dieser Kategorie. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal."
"It was not clear during the booking, whether the studio is situated in Hotel or in Residence. As we figured out at arrival, it was in residence, but we wanted to stay in Hotel. The personal at reception was friendly and obliging and helped us with rearranging our booking. We had no any other problems with hotel and have spent very nice holidays on the seaside of Tuscany. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children."
"We were confused with what Expedia listed this property as since we thought we were staying a hotel. We ended up in a little villa with a kitchen which was fine as I used it to cook and as I’m Italian, we enjoyed it. My main criticism is the gym. It closes at 7PM. This is unacceptable by any standard. The gym was lovely but what is the point of having a gym if it closes too early. The point is to enjoy it and maximize daytime hours. At minimum it should close at 10pm. They we not reason...
"Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable.
It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure.
Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...
"Schöne Anlage. Die Bungalows passen jedoch nicht zu den Propektbildern. Es gibt nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier am Anfang, danach muss man es selber kaufen. Bei 4 Personen? Aber ok.
Das Abendessen als Buffet war jedesmal sehr gut. Frühstück ist Standard. Wasser war den ganzen Tag kostenlos.
Poolanlage sauber, Weg zum Strand ( Sand) ca. 50m.
Mittagssnack und Restaurants waren gut bis ok.
Animation war etwas nervig.
Leider spricht niemand deutsch und nur etwas englisch."
"Commençons par l'énorme point noir de notre séjour, la chambre : la literie n'est pas des plus agréables mais à la limite c'est pas la pire qu'on ait eu, on sent les ressorts à chaque mouvement. Il n'y a pas de volet donc la lumière du jour nous réveillait systématiquement chaque matin et pas de chance, l'isolation phonique est inexistante, nos voisins parlaient simplement et on entendait tout, à toute heure. Pareil pour les besoins, pas et j'en passe. Un comble lorsque l'on vient pour se...
