"Great location and wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. One minor issue was that the body wash was missing on our first day, but the team corrected it promptly the next morning. We will certainly stay here again!"

"Nice room but rooms much smaller than the look on the photos"

"Hotel is within walking distance of the Duomo and other sites of interest. Good breakfast with lots of selections. Helpful hotel staff. No usb ports so bring your Italian outlet adapter (or two). Multiple outlets available. Ask for a room off the street as there can be some noise at night. Hot pot in room with tea and instant coffee. Nice decor, bar and restaurant."

"Overall it was ok but the breakfast was not very good. Variety of food was limited, not what you expect for 4-star hotel"
