Great hotel near the Duomo in downtown. Very nice but smaller hotel. Service great , wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast included. Staff is bilingual with English. Stayed here twice great both times. Great dining and shopping nearby. Convenient to subway system which is very clean and efficient.

Location is so convenient. The staff are very friendly, responsive and thoughtful. We left early in the morning and they wrapped our breakfast for us. Rest area has water, banana, apple and plenty of snacks for one to rest and take a break in between shopping or sightseeing.

Perfection to a tee on every note.

Loved staying at this perfectly located hotel within walking distance of the Duomo and other important sites to visit. But most of all the attention of the staff, especially Rus Angela at the front desk and Guisi in the breakfast room each morning was incredible. Stay here for sure and we will be staying here any time we return to Milan.

The best for location, friendliness, comfort &care

Nothing bad to say in the slightest. Warm welcome with a drink, room ready before check-in time, room clean and bright and well lit. Bathroom and shower amazing with good water pressure and a variety of showers from handheld, rain and waterfall showers. Bed was soft and comfortable with choice of pillows. Breakfast excellent choices and friendly service with happy hour between 630 and 8pm with complimentary sparkling or wines. Great location 10 minutes from Duomo and 5 minutes to metro station and trams. Would strongly recommend

Extremely lousy hotel.Dark,gloomy,noisy without any charm.The manager Sonia was very nasty,arrogant and acting very unprofessional.Literally threatened to kick me and my son out,because I was complaining about noise,limited breakfast choices and inability to use the swimming pool which was extremely small ,cold and overcrowded.
