I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer...

"We stayed at Corozon del Rio for 7 nights with 3 of our adult children. The rooms were really nice and the open air kitchen/dining/living area was amazing. There were a lot of staples (oil, some spices etc) in the pantry which helped because we made most of our own meals while we were there. Everything we needed was there for cooking. "We stayed for a week at the ecolodge and had a fantastic time. It's thoughtfully designed and has great green credentials. The beds and other furnishings are very comfortable The views are stunning and there are plenty of beaches and activities a short car ride away. I would also recommend the mangrove trip with Gersan which can be arranged from the lodge. I only have positive comments about this fantastic property, well worth a visit "
