"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you. "We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."
