"We really enjoyed our stay. We felt well looked after with staff asking multiple time if there was anything else they could do for us.
My only feedback would be about the food. There wasn’t much variety and after a few days , it felt like I was eating the same food every day.
If that can be improved, then it would be"
"Great location. Every room is spacious, well appointed and looks out on the sea
Breakfast was good as well
Young woman working at reception...didn't get her name was particularly helpful"
"Very modern clean hotel with everything you could need for a relaxing comfortable stay. Service from the staff throughout the hotel was exceptional, food and drinks served in the restaurant and around the pool area was always tasty and top quality. Would highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Rhodes"
"The hotel was very well situated and had all what we needed. All the staff were helpful. Especially the reception staff who were very helpful, friendly, patient and supported us with all our queries, especially Irene who went that extra mile. The breakfast was good however the cooked food could have been hotter."
"Very nice staff. I was offered coffee and cookies even though breakfast was over. Which helped alot. I was tired and cold. I was allowed to check in earlier. Room was super clean, neat, and set beautifully. View was amazing."
Onbijt is iedere dag hetzelfde.
"Lovely hotel but my only issues were firstly, after you have used the tea, coffee and milk sachets by the kettle, they do not get replenished. There’s only enough for a white coffee each and a black tea each. When I asked for more after they were not refilled, I was told it’s not their policy to refill.
Secondly, on arrival, we were told we’d been upgraded but when we got to our room, it was the room we booked (jacuzzi on balcony room). We were a little gutted as not sure why we were told we’d...
