"The hotel it self was nice. We picked it because we were coming in late and wanted somewhere close to airport. Which turned out was a good idea. We called to have the van pick us up at 11:00 at night. We were told the driver would be on his way.No one showed up. So we had to walk with our luggage to the hotel, after a long day. When we got to hotel the van was still at hotel and the driver was setting on his phone in the lobby. So that was not good. I did tell the lady at desk when checking in...

"There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room."

"Fantastic place to stay!"
