"The hotel is huge so you have to walk a distance to your room or to breakfast . Good location in that it is at the airport if your flight arrives late in the evening or earlier morning. The room is generally OK. The breakfast area was difficult to find. The breakfast is very average. You will not miss breakfast at all if your decide not to have it free or payable. "

Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay. "The breakfast had so many options that I ate something different each day. Direct access to the 7-11 (basement) was fantastic when an international guest is off schedule due to jet lag and needs food at random times. Lovely room and comfortable. Best thing? The wet room shower/bath combo!"

"The hotel is conveniently located in Ariake Garden which can be accessed by bus and metro. Next to the hotel is a big shopping centre with Aeon, Daiso, Big Camera, Hana Sushi and fast food restaurants and hence shopping and food are readily available. The hotel room is comfortable, with TV, kettle, safe and fridge provided. Water pressure is good and aircon is strong. Breakfast has a good variety but they are the same everyday and it will be good to introduce changes in the items for long staying guests. The best is there is free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to Ginza and Tokyo Station from 10 am to 5.30 pm which is very convenient. Overall I am comfortable and enjoy my stay in the hotel very much."
